Can I place a same-day order?

Typically no. To ensure the freshness of our products, we bake to order. All of our recipes require at least 24 hours to prepare to allow adequate time for natural leavening, flavor development, and maximum digestive health benefits. Connect with us on Facebook or Instagram! If we have any extra product to unload, we will always post to let our community know.

What happens after I place an order?

Please keep an eye on your texts/email. Within 12 hours, you will receive an invoice verifying 1) your order details and 2) a request for payment. Paying the invoice confirms your order. We will promptly reply with a purchase receipt and confirm your pickup or delivery. Then we bake! Please note that if we do not receive full payment within 24 hours of sending your invoice, we will mark the order as canceled.

How do I pay for my order?

Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle are preferred.

Because we bake to order, we require payment upfront. The full amount is due when you receive the order invoice email. Payment represents your acceptance of all order details as specified in the invoice email. Peace of Bread Bakery will only treat your order as confirmed once full payment has been submitted. If the total amount of an order is not received within 24 hours of sending your invoice, we will mark the order as canceled.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

The pickup point is in the Hutto Co-Op District parking lot outside of Top Notch And Casa Jalisco:

Casa Jalisco

125 Co Op Blvd

Hutto, TX  78634

We will aim for one of the central rows in the lot. View the pickup map to see exactly where to meet us. Please see our contact info in your pickup confirmation email if you need help finding us!

When can I pick up my order?

Pickups are scheduled by appointment Thursday and Friday mornings between 8am - 11am and evenings between 4pm - 7pm. Please do your best to be on time to collect your order. As a courtesy, we provide a 15-minute grace period for pickup appointments starting at the agreed-upon meet time. We cannot guarantee that we will remain at the pickup location outside your collection window.

What if I need to reschedule a collection?

We know life happens! If you need to reschedule a pickup or delivery, please contact us ASAP. If you cannot collect your prepared goods within 24 hours, the order will be subject to our cancellation policy. We will issue store credit at the value of your order minus a $5 inconvenience fee and resell/donate/dispose of the order at our discretion. Any order that is not picked up at the agreed-upon time without an attempt to reschedule is forfeited and absolutely no refund or store credit will be permitted under any circumstances. Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any items that have not been picked up or delivered within 48 hours after the specified collection time has passed.

Do you deliver?

We do! If your address is within 10 miles of the Hutto Co-Op District, we will deliver to your door for a $5 flat-rate fee. Deliveries are made on Saturday mornings between 7am - 11am. While we love connecting with our community, we can always provide a no-contact delivery upon request. We will let you know what time to expect your delivery once we have mapped out our weekly route!

What is the best way to keep my bread fresh?

For optimal flavor and freshness, consume within 2-3 days from purchase. Store bread in our paper bread bag, a bread box, or another airtight storage container. Avoid refrigerating bread as this will dry your bread out. We recommend slicing and freezing your bread, even if you plan to get through the whole loaf within the week! Store slices in an airtight freezer bag with parchment paper between slices to prevent sticking. Frozen slices will keep for up to 6 months. To refresh frozen slices, thaw at room temperature, toast directly from frozen, or air fry from frozen at 320F for about 4-5 minutes. Enjoy!

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel. Orders canceled within 24 hours of submitting payment will be refunded in full via the method of purchase. After 24 hours, store credit will be issued to your client account for the amount paid minus a $5 inconvenience fee. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order, we will return any fees paid via the original method of purchase. Review our business policies for more information.
